Project Overview

Ackerman & Co. needed high-quality visual content for Lee + White that could support active marketing while remaining organized and reusable after production. Through LongShots Media, I approached the engagement as both a commercial content project and a digital content system—combining interviews, property photography, video, drone coverage, legacy media, and structured delivery.

The Challenge

What needed to change

The project required coordination across multiple stakeholders, locations, schedules, and creative disciplines. The production involved Ackerman associates, on-site building staff, business owners, specialized drone operators, and other production contributors. The final media needed to feel cohesive despite coming from multiple sources and production phases. There was also a delivery challenge: a large body of commercial media loses value when it is delivered as an unstructured folder. The goal was to make the content easier for Ackerman's marketing team to understand, access, preview, and reuse.

The Strategic Solution

Building the system

I led the production and content-operations workflow from planning through delivery. That included coordinating schedules and property access, directing interviews with current business owners, organizing legacy B-roll from previous vendors, managing specialized drone production, and overseeing on-site creative coverage. PRE-PRODUCTION — Scheduling, stakeholder communication, access coordination, interview planning, vendor coordination, and production requirements. PRODUCTION — On-site photography and video, interview direction, drone operations, crew coordination, and real-time production problem solving. POST-PRODUCTION — Reviewing and organizing media from current and legacy sources, shaping the property narrative, and preparing the final asset set. DIGITAL DELIVERY — Presenting the finished media through a customized digital content library rather than a disconnected download folder, making the content easier to access and reuse.

Key Result Metrics

Measurable impact

The Lee + White engagement produced a reusable body of commercial marketing content spanning long-form video, vertical social content, interviews, property visuals, drone media, and organized digital assets. The content supported the brokerage team's marketing and leasing efforts while the library extended the useful life of the production beyond the original shoot. The broader Lee + White content initiative was also used during the development's final leasing push as the property reached its 95% occupancy target.
