Acting as the Creative Operations Lead, I moved ARA beyond transactional event coverage to a proactive 'Media House' model. By centralizing the production of the ARA Rundown Podcast, committee overviews, and flagship event recaps, I built a high-velocity engine that serves 14,000+ members with consistent, board-approved excellence.
