The Challenge
I had a massive personal archive of ‘scouted’ locations, but it was sitting idle as unstructured data. To scale my business, I needed to move from memory-based scouting to a systematic digital library. The goal was to build a dual-engine platform that could host a national database of 1,200+ spots while managing a live, service-based tour operation in the Atlanta market.
The Strategic Solution
I served as the Principal Product Architect and Operations Lead, building TPH as a dual-engine platform. I engineered a national digital location finder for 25+ states and simultaneously launched a localized Service Model in Atlanta. This "Pilot Program" turns the digital database into a physical experience, utilizing local experts to host guided photowalk tours.
